◯インドの路上物売りから買った針金細工

●来歴/　1984年
　　　　インド/デリーにて5つ6つ購入、お土産で差し上げ、
　　　　一つだけ残った。
●プライス/　不明
●直径/　12㎝ほど　所々にビーズ玉が通してある。

インドの路上土産売りは、それこそ牛の糞に群がるハエのごとし。
その一人が急ぎ足で逃げようとする私と平行しつつ、
このワッカをアピール攻撃。

多種多様に変わるのをデモンストレーション…「これは。すごい!!!」

未だに大切に持っているが、なんとも不思議だ。
こんなに単純なものなのに、完璧なデザインなのだ。

誰がつくったのだろう?

それが
ゼロ生み出した数学の国、インド人ではないかと思いたい。

一方で、こん簡単な針金細工で、
どれほどの路上販売するインド人の生活を救済したのか
と想像すると、
国際的援助以上の素晴らしさではないか。

●サイズ/　高さ43㎜ほど
　　　　おそらくキーホルダーが付いていたと推察される。
　　　　所々自動車などに踏まれ肌が剥離。


ずいぶんとヒドい目にあった傷。

…賞味期限ぎれのミルクを使用した騒動もありましたから、
世間から袋だたきにあったのかもしれません。

噛み付かれ後まであるが、
しかし
それが逆に魅力になっている。

なにか…
出土品の雰囲気さえ感じられる。
